On time, careful, courteous, as advertised

I like that there is any residue feeling. This time there was two people and they were in & out real quick.

Service person was VERY nice and VERY knowledgeable. He went over the options, pros and cons and did NOT ever attempt to pressure me into anything. Oh and the carpets came out very clean and fresh smelling

Your employees have always been professional, pleasant and unobtrusive. Our last service provider was a man named John. He did a very nice job of trying to get me a good deal. I appreciated his approach. Anymore these days, everyone seems to try and siphon as much cash as they can from you. It's refreshing when a company still values 'a deal' for its client. Even if you're not giving us a 'deal', your salespeople are not overbearing and pushy. Please don't ever have them push product/service on us clients. It never works.
I also feel that the carpets look good and when you have kids and animals... the non-toxic approach is appealing.

Jameson was friendly, intelligent and very good at what he did. I was impressed with his work and how much he knew about proper carpet cleaning. Communicated very well. I would strongly recommend zerorez and more specifically, Jameson.

Cleaning without soap residue and very helpful service. Nathan really took the time to educate me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Maybe next time he comes he will have the tattoo he wants!

Peter was very helpful in recommending shop-based treatment, and extremely accommodating in having the project completed by a family deadline.

Clean feel and fast drying time

Chemical free cleaning is important to me as a dog-owner, and your 7-days a week service is so helpful! Getting my carpets cleaned on Sunday and NOT having to take time off work was a huge benefit.

Green, fast scheduling, great service people, carpets are far cleaner than with rental cleaners from big box stores.

They both were also kind to the dog, which scores big bonus points with me. Very excited to get our rug back, too. I've heard your commercials on KS95 for a LONG time, and am so glad that I finally got to experience Zerorez. YAY!!
