He called me several times to make sure we were ready for him as there was a change in app't time. He could come sooner than expected.
Was very kind and asked for any problems etc.did an excellent job. and left the house with a fresh smell of oranges.
We were very satisfied,
The only thing is I can't remember for sure what his name was. sorry.

Liked the smell of the cleaning material.Technician was very thorough in his cleaning of all the carpeting. Once he felt he was done with the cleaning, he let me go through the house and see all the carpeting. He listened to my suggestions. Technician had a good personality. Had good suggestions on how to keep my carpeting clean.

I DO LIKE YOUR SERVICES AND BEING ABLE TO HAVE THE WORK DONE ON A WEEKEND IS UNHEARD OF WITH ANYONE ELSE. I HAVE NOT USED ANY OF YOUR ADDITIONAL PRODUCTS AS I WOULD RATHER HAVE THE CARPETS CLEANED MORE OFTEN.
