We had our finished basement, stairs and living room cleaned and fiber protection applied. Stairs and high traffic sections of the carpet were stained and had heavy wear marks. Almost 100% are gone. Areas that were cleaned look great, exceeding our expectation.
Dave Gillett was our service technician. He was prompt, professional and knowledgeable. He took time to explain carpet technology, condition and options. Answered questions with detail. Did not oversell his products or services.
