Quality of products and cleaning results and customer service updates.
It usually does a good job, but the main reason we had you out is to remove blood on carpet. When it dried the blood re-appeared, xo we newer you to come back.

The cleaning was fast, efficient, and chemical-free. The technician, Brett, was super professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and hard-working. The price was exactly as quoted over the phone with no "onsite upselling" techniques I have received from other carpet cleaning companies in the past. So far I like how fast the carpet was dry. Also, the carpet appears to be clean and free of the spots that were there before the cleaning. It's only been 4 days since the cleaning and I hoping that the previous spots won't show up again.

The clean-up wasn't the right process for the bamboo flooring we have. Still a dull film over
most of the floor. More liquid needed to be used. D. Last name removed
Stairs where they come together did not look clean. Maybe if another tool or instrument was used it would have looked better. Would use you guys again but not on stairs ???? This is the 3rd time I used Zerorez though.
The process seems safe. It was quick, I saw results, your technician was friendly and helpful.

The carpet tech was professional and did a good cleaning job however I think the prices are a little high. Cleaning three rooms maybe should be $199 but not higher than $240, just my opinion.
