There is no residue. It's not soppy wet. Keith is so professional. They just get the job done right the first time.
Technician Marcel did an excellent job. No chemicals, no smell. Marcel came on time and worked hard paying attention to details. Your company has very good customer service.
How you charge in view of the fact you do not move furniture and the area that is considered an area is very small. For instance the three areas cleaned would be the equivalent of a very small bedroom if there was no furniture involved. I have no issue with extra charge for the steps.

My carpets look great. The question was with regard to
what you need to improve upon. The pricing was good,
however, I did not like the up charge once he got on site.
It was understandable since I have carpeted bathrooms,
which was not discussed on the phone with your agent.
I would have liked it better if he would have just done
