Zerorez did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets, flooring and chairs. The representative sent was extremely helpful and he did a fabulous job.

Also, I think my wooden floors are still not very clean. They were vacuumed and buffed by your technician. I think there should be some kind of cleaning solution applied.

Oh my gosh! I think you all are great. Brett was on time and very efficient. He was courteous, professional, and cleaned my carpet with ease and skill. He knows what he's doing. I will call again in a few months to have him clean my furniture. My sister recommended this company and so will I.
I think there was a miss communication, and 1 of the rooms I wanted done did not get done and I didn't know until he left.
They are both top of the line.
There was some onsite upselling - which worked for me, but I would "warn" anyone about it. Also, there is some small damage to my kitchen cabinets where the machine came up against them. I'm working to get the black marks out, but so far no luck.

We had Dennis Kennedy as our Zerorez Professional. He was WONDURFUL! Nice, Polite and probably the best job we have had done by Zerorez. We do not call anyone else. Zerorez is the best and you get what you pay for. We also like Livingston, he is who we originally requested, but Dennis did the job and we were COMPLETLY Satisfied!!
