Service is simply top notch! After a ZeroRez visit ( and for several months thereafter) guests think my three dogs must never be allowed on my carpets! Two adults, three kids and three dogs later..... I will be a ZeroRez customer for life! thank you for always doing such a great job!

I was charged double what I was quoated. Also, I was charged alot for a smal area rug and it is still really dirty, in fact it is to dirty to use for company.

Tech was on time and did very good clean job. Only problem was the phone quote was $254 but I was charged $319. The tech did not know how she came up with that price of $ 254. I felt almost like it was a bait and switch, lower quote to get in the home then bring up the charges. The tech should have confirmed with me before he did the job what the charges would be since he had the $ 254 quote on his electronic device. He did the job then told me the price.
