It is truly remarkable how this system cleans and leaves no residue. The biggest part is the person that does the work. Marcel is the best of the best in every way. Not only does he know his product and how to use it. He is one of the nicest people to work with. He does everything to make it a win win situation. I wouldn't want anyone else to do the work at pi phi.

The first time I used your service last year I had a technician who was awesome and took the time to explain to me what he was doing and sold me the at home spot cleaner. This service technician was nice but seemed very rushed. A couple of problem spots I notified him about at the beginning didn't get fully fixed and it would have been nice to know from his professional opinion if I could have addressed it in any way or not.
The service man was timely and notified us of his arrival. Was quick to get to work and was very professional. Our carpet had not been cleaned in 20 years and he got every spot out. Our carpet, couch and chairs look like new. He demonstrated what he was doing and I could see the results. It dried quickly just as he told us. I would recommend Michael to any and everyone of my friends and neighbors.

Assuming the information provided is true, there's at least a very limited number of chemicals in the solution. I could not smell anything and the carpets seemed quite clean afterwards.

Zerorez is the best carpet cleaning service around. They get the carpets totally clean without leaving soap residue which just attracts dirt. They are the only carpet cleaning company I've used on our office carpets and they look great! Zerorez also cleans tile floors. I would highly recommend them
