The results are always spectacular, no matter how dirty my carpets are!
Fair price for the amount of carpet being cleaned, honesty and professionalism of the technician. The best part was in the past with other carpet cleaning services I've used they always had excuses that they may not be able to satisfactorily clean a traffic area or a stain.And they usually didn't do a good as predicted. With our ZeroRez Tech, He never made a comment about any area being to difficult or impssible to get clean. And to my surprise he got it cleaner than I thought was possible as the carpets were pretty dirty and had some tough stains at least I thought.
Service was fast, the carpet dried quickly and stains that we never thought would come out actually did.
You never fail to provide excellent service, really nice and generous carpet cleaners and my carpets get clean like never before...My favorite company.

I had voiced concerns that my carpet felt wet when the tech finished. My concern was dismissed. It is two days later and my stairs are still damp. I was having a party which was the reason for the cleaning. My loft carpets were so wet I couldn't move the furniture back 24 hours later

Zerorez techs are always careful with my property (protecting corners, floors, etc) and are very thorough in their cleaning. They will go over a piece of furniture or an area carefully to be sure they've done everything they can to get it clean or deal with a spot. They also leave the carpets and upholstery much drier than any other cleaners I've ever used.
I needed an emergency clean up due to a plumbing issue. After calling Zerorez, Sal was at my door in less than 2 hours after calling. Another company was unable to make an appointment earlier than two weeks out. I thank Zerorez and Sal for making time to work with me despite a full day.

Michael was very professional, informative and thorough. We are very pleased with the results of our carpet cleaning and our recliners look amazing.
Michael was very kind and understanding when I explained that my vacuum broke and there may be a few specks left on the carpet. I also added an area rug at the last minute and he was happy to accommodate me.
None of the stains came out with regular cleaning. The service technician said it would cost $65 per stain. I feel that is way too expensive. The reason to call carpet cleaners is to have the carpets cleaned of soil and stain. Other carpet cleaners cleaned all the stains as they cleaned the carpet. I have uses Stanley Steamer in the past and they did a great job. They also sent a two man team and did a great job. I thought it would be just as good and all the residues would be rinsed out. I feel that zerorez uses only water and no cleaning agent. It also took two full days to dry.
It is your customer service that I like the best. Robert came over on Saturday and did an amazing job with the issue we had. Thank you for being a company that stands with your clients. We will recommend and use Zerorez for as long as we have flooring.
