What do you like about our products and services?

The cleaning product is a safe non-chemical application that won't harm my family or pets. There was no chemical smell or residue left on my carpet after the treatment. The service tech was fast, very professional, and didn't mind when I added other rooms to clean above my original estimate. I have already recommend Zerorez to my family and friends and will definitely use them again.

What could we do to improve?

The tech was awesom, had great customer service, however the equipment was not working well and he was having issues. He came to us to tell us that he wasn't going to be able to finish because he couldn't get the equipment to make any more water... My boyfriend and I had to help him with tools to try to get the stuff to work. Luckily we had the right tools to get the job done but still this should not be happening. The poor tech felt sooo bad that he wasn't going to be able to finish and I think even worse that we had to help. None of which was his fault. He couldn't have been nicer or more professional

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The technician put too much water into white carpeting and caused it to yellow as it dried, I called and left and voicemail on Sunday 2/23. The carpeting is less than one year old. No one returned my call on Monday so I called back at 12:00OPM and spoke with Debbie. I understood someone would call me back to come out and correct the problem, however, I have had to call back at 3:30PM after not receiving a return call. I was then told that "everyone was busy on calls" and they would have the supervisor contact me today. I am still awaiting a resolution to this problem. Name removed Rink Phone number removed.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I guess we had high expectations?? We were expecting to see like new again? After the cleaning and dried we noticed an orange tint/spot in hall & den area. We had a plastic protector pad in our office. we removed it for the cleaning. the protected area was obviously very clean. We anticipated that once cleaned it would all look the same? After the cleaning, you could still see the difference between the protected area and the rest of the carpet! The rep seemed to be in a rush to get in and out!! When I questioned him on some spots, he claimed it will be OK once dried?? That it was still wet and the nap was in a different direction in that area?? We added the couch to be cleaned and once dry it too still had stain spots. We are having a party this saturday and so it will be to late to try and do anything now???

I like that the products are natural without harsh chemicals. The service was excellent. They went out of their way to accommodate us. The technician was polite and helpful. There was no carpet shrinkage or reappearance of stains after. Already recommended to a neighbor.

Alfus (Al) was great! Very conscientious, when we are ready for more cleaning we will request him back. We now know what to expect as far as the size of the truck goes and be ready for it. Luckily it all worked out. Thanks.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Your tech was a nice guy, however we had a time slot for 10-1. He called me at 12:20 to say he was in chino hills and that he would be at my house between 2 and 3. That was ok, but I had to call him at 3 and ask where he was. He said he was in bumper to bumper traffic and he was in Corona. I asked where in corona. He didn't really want to say where so I asked if he was at Lincoln? Was he near the 15? He said he was approaching the 15.

He showed up at my house at 4:00. I commute on the 91 fwy each and every day from Rancho Cucamonga and I know exactly what the traffic is like and how long it takes to get through it and from the point where he said he was, it does not take an hour. My husband commutes to Torrance and knows exactly as well. Right before 4:00 we checked sig alert to see what the hold up was. Traffic was not an issue. We had to wait around our entire day to get our carpet cleaned. After he was done he was charging me $154.00. I said I was quoted 132.00 on the phone so he took $7.00 off of the charge. I was not happy with the price difference. After the tech left, he didn't bother to let us know that his Van leaked oil all over our driveway . In my opinion that is very rude. He should of parked his car in the street

The people I have dealt with are pleasant, polite and honest. My carpets were a disaster . I was told they would do the very best job they could. It surpassed my greatest hopes. I could not believe what a wonderful job was done for me. It was fantastic!
