performance and flexibility. We had 5 rooms of carpeting done, 2 couches, 2 chairs and 3 large area rugs.
I've used Zerorez twice. The first time went just fine. The second time (just recently)some large spots came up as it was drying. I called Zerorez and they made an appointment, came out, and the spots seem to be gone. It is still drying but I think it will be okay. The technician explained what probably caused it and it made a lot of sense. So, we are very happy with the service. Thanks!
It has been a little over a week now, if I recall correctly, I believe the guys name is Danny. He called a half hour before he was to be here, to let me know he would arrive at the scheduled time of 12:00. Danny was very friendly and did a GREAT job. My carpet looked new again.

We're very disappointed with this service this time. This is not indicative of the quality of work that we have seen in the past. The person who was out here did not clean the entire square footage quoted. None of the offices were cleaned, and our conference room was not cleaned, as well as some of the cubicles in the far corners of the office.
We need to reschedule for another cleaning and we DO NOT want the same rep to come out, and we need a discount.
We have used ZeroRez for our cleaning before, and our CFO uses them for her house. If this is the type of work that is to be expected from here out, we will not be using or recommending your services to anyone as we have in the past.
The only complaint I have this time is that once the carpet dried, there were a few orange colored stains that I have had to try and get out myself. This didn't happen the last time I used Zerorez.
It is always clean and stays that way for a long time
There were a couple of spots that did not come out in the first cleaning. Zerorez sent the technician out again right away to take care of the problem. No more spots!
A nearly full can of paint dumped on my carpet...you guys were here within the hour. I am very impressed that I cannot tell where the puddle of paint was because there isn't even a slight stain. Mind blowing!

we were overcharged from what the estimate on the phone was by $31.Estimate was $229 we were charged $260. We have used your services before and were very satisfied but not this time. We requested just to move the couches but that would have an extra charge.
