The use of water only as the cleaning solution.
Love it. Brian was a super nice guy. Love the fact that there are no chemicals or shampoos! My daughter has a compromised immune system and the less chemicals we use around the house the better. The grout cleaning was the BOMB!!

You should base your prices on square footage. I have 2 rooms that are 100 square foot each, but they counted as two areas. Also, I should have been told up front that there is a $30 dollar charge for bathrooms instead of telling me when the rep showed up (one of my bathrooms is less than 20 square feet) that price is ridiculous. I have never paid over $430 in my life to clean just my upstairs carpets. I will probably not use you again.

The most important thing is that my carpets look like new after they have been cleaned by Zerorez. the workers are always considerate and always do an excellent job. I have used Zerorez for several years and am always extremely satisfied with the service and the outcome.

Lawrence was very helpful and courteous. He was also very careful not to damage walls or furniture, which has happened in the past with other carpet cleaning services. I also liked that there are no soaps used, which leaves no residue. The carpet not only looked clean; but, felt clean because of no residue.
