Every time we get the carpet cleaned (by zeroez)a spot (in the same place) comes up and I have to have Zeroez come back and clean the spot. Called to have someone come out and take care of the spot that showed up again and, so far haven't heard from anyone.

I was impressed with the noticeably cleaner look of my stone floor after Zerorez's cleaning. I was also pleased that Robert, the Z Tech, was able to offer a sealant for the stone as well. Finally, Robert was a wonderful representative of your company. He was knowledgeable, worked efficiently, and was very customer-oriented. I really appreciated that!

Robert, your technician, did a fantastic job. However, the test will come in seeing that the horrible spots on my carpet do not come back as they did when my carpets were cleaned 2 months ago by a nonprofessional provided by the place in which I live.

Livingston is a very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable individual. this is the second time he has been to our house and as the first time. Everything was perfect. I can only hope that the next he will be available.
