Different techs consider different areas to charge for. First time I was charged for a small hallway attached to a small dining area. Total area of both probably 175 square feet. Becoming too expensive for the service.
No soapy feeling...carpets feel really clean.
I appreciated that the technician did not try to sell me on more services and that the price quoted was exactly what I paid. The job was done in a timely manner even though there was one person doing it all. :)

My first appointment was scheduled on Feb 14th however the truck arrived and could not clean my carpet because it did not have a water source. I spoke to a rep before the appointment and clearly stated I lived in a condo on the 3rd floor however the tech arrived in a truck that required a water source. I did not get a call to apologize for the inconvenience. I had to call them to reschedule the appointment for the following week. I work full time so this was a major inconvenience. My carpets are cleaned annually and this is the second time I have used Zerorez. I dont know if I would use them again.
I recently hosted a lovely baby shower at my house and I was totally confident that your technician would be able to restore my carpet to it's original beautiful appearance and he did! House looked great! Thank you Zerorez!

stain remover did a fantastic job of removing stubborn stains; environmentally friendly product; service was very efficient from the initial contact for an appointment to the tech who cleaned the carpets in our home. totally satisfied.
Generally, the service was fine. The gentleman who did the work did a very good job. He was pleasant and courteous and competent. My only two suggestions are: 1.) when you are quoting the price on the phone, you mention the $15 "travel fee" that was included on top of the $139 charge for the cleaning, and 2.) the individual who does the scheduling be more careful about overloading the individual doing the work. In my case, I got a call from the man doing the job at 3:10 PM saying that his first job for the day was scheduled at 10 AM (instead of 8 AM) and, as a consequence, he was running 3 hours late. He arrived at my house at 6:30 PM (he was supposed to arrive between 3 and 5 PM, which pretty much ruined my plans for that Saturday evening), to do the work. I very much did appreciate his calling to let me know what was happening, and as I said he did do a great job once here, but it would have been nice if he could have made it closer to the time slot. Aside from those two problems, as I said, all was well.
I was very impressed by your companies customer service from the initial call to the day of actual service. The chemical free and environmentally friendly water you use is a huge plus. It's such a great feeling to know your small children are crawling around on clean carpet free of any harmful chemicals that might have been left behind from cleaning !

All carpet and grout lines in the floor tiles throughout the house looked great after your technician cleaned them. The high traffic areas needed pre-treatment and more cleaning time. I was pleasantly surprised how good those areas looked after the carpet was fully dry. He was well trained and professional. Your special reduced prices were appreciated. I think that your cleaning service is the best available in our area. I have tried other businesses in the past and they were either a total cleaning disappointment or their price was too high. I perform handyman services in Laguna Woods Village. I have referred your services to dozens of my clients and family members. They have all been impressed with your results. All of my referrals are at no charge to my clients. I am very selective and only refer businesses if I am confident they will do quality work at a fair price. I prefer not to publicly share my name to promote any business. However, I do intend to continue recommending your services.

The quality of the cleaning was exceptional, I've had ZeroRez clean my carpets in the past and have always been satisfied but this time I also had the tile and grout done and was amazed that the original grout color was able to be seen. It's been 7 years since my tile was laid and it all looks brand new again. Thank you ZeroRez for your amazing product and very experienced staff.
The company was all I thought they would be based on radio commercials I had heard. Keith was prompt, polite and kind.
Good product and good service. Technician very thorough and explained everything well.
The last cleaning was not that good. Maybe the spots couldn't come out, but I was pretty disappointed. All spots except for one wicked back in 2 days.
Make things right? I supposed come and clean one of the spots that I believe should have been removed and if it comes out and doesn't wick back, then clean the whole church again.
Toxic chemical free is very important to me, the service was very effective, the booking process was easy, and the technician was very professional, knowledgeable and nice.
