the sevice man was a nice polite young man. Helped me move stuff around and presented himself very well. The carpet was pretty grim (we have lots of parties) buthe managed to get it clean again.

What do you like about our products and services?

Your office staff (lady) was delightful on the phone when I called. So helpful with finding me the best "deal" (price).
I appreciated the follow up call and then the technician called to let me know when he was coming (in my 2 hour window). The young man was very professional - explained what he would be doing - was very concentious about our house decorations tht might be affected by the hoses. When he finished he was very thoughtful about putting things back where they'd been!!!

I like everything about ZEROREZ and this is my third time having carpets cleaned.
I am going to have them cleaned more often as I believe it will save my carpets.
I love that there is no residue left and the spots do not come back like when I've used other companies.

The technician was friendly and professional. Could not believe how clean the tile and grout got - it looks new. There does need to be some kind of edge cleaner for where the round cleaner head cannot get. I am having to clean the edges by hand.
