The carpet, area rugs and upholstery looked brand new after Robert was finished. We had a stain from a latte that spilled, and you can't even tell where the stain was. I was planning to reupholster our dining room chairs because they looked so bad, but now I won't have to. I love that there are no toxins or chemicals used for the cleaning. My sister, who is allergic to "everything" (mold, dust mites, bleach, cleaning products) stayed with us for a week, and she was able to breathe with no issues. That was the biggest test of all. Robert is so professional, and make recommendations that have benefited us tremendously.

Daniel the Tech was an outstanding young man. Very courteous, was there on time, and did an outstanding job.
We have a 5yr old boy wanting to fallow Daniel around while he was shampooing the carpet my wife called our son to stop fallowing Daniel but Daniel insisted that it was fine that our little boy fallows him .,. Daniel has a great hart.
We hope that in the future when we call we can request Daniel. Because of Daniel you have a customer for life.
Also can you put us on a six month reminder to squedule another carpet clean up please.

Dennis was great about letting me know he was running late due to another job. Always very pleasant.
Daniel did an outstandimg job on our 8 year old carpet-removed stains I didn't think were possible to get out. He was very thorough and professional with an outstanding attitude and work ethic.

You guys came back out and cleaned our bedroom carpet a 2nd time and I truly appreciate that. The problem with it was the carpet was left so wet it took until midnight for it to dry and that was with the overhead fan on high and a 2nd fan also on high. Your tech left at ~12:30. We had the fans running for close to 12 hours. To me that is excessive.

The first time I had my tile grout cleaned I was so impressed, so I scheduled another cleaning. The job done on Saturday was terrible, couldn't even tell it had been cleaned. Entire areas were missed. I feel like it was a total waste of my money. To make it right you would have to do it over.
They do an excellent job. They are very careful while working in our home. The gentleman that cleaned our carpets were very personable.
