I like how Zerorez kept us informed up to technicians arrival. This was our second time
using your company. Carpet is sixteen years old and again looks great. Brett was personable, efficient and a wonderful Zerorez representative.
The stairs were not clean & I believe we have an appointment this Tuesday to redo.
Cleanliness and punctuality of the servicemen. Also their quality of work. Jose came to my house and did a great job. He was very knowledgable and informed me of issues with my floor. He gave me great cleaning tips for keeping it clean as well.

I like the promise and prediction that my carpets will not become easily soiled after cleaning due to substances left in the carpet from the cleaning. I just had mine done so I don't know yet, if that's the case for sure.

Friendliness of the technicians and the amazing quality of the cleaning. This time, the tech. was able to remove hard glue from the carpet. Our filthy, heavy traffic carpet now looks brand new.

I explained in detail what needed to be done. I had two rooms that were connected as one area and I had a bad cat problem that required a lot of treatment. I was given a price on the phone and when the tech finished, he jacked up the price $50.00 for the pet treatment that I thought was in the price I got on the phone when I ordered the service. This was not right.
My brother used to clean carpets for a while and I do understand the concept of upselling to the clients, but in my case there was nothing to upsell because I requested the cat treatment when I called for the service and it should have been included in the price I got on the phone.
Technician on time. Professional. Thorough job and cleaned to the baseboards.
He also explained process of the deep clean. Liked the booties offered.
Most unexpected: much quieter machine - I could actually stay in my office and work!

I got a call today from Roxanne who informed me she was the manager? She called and said something about our appointment had been accidentally deleted??? So, I gave her the date of 6/10 with the time frame of 8-10. The reason for this visit is to clean the dark dirt streaks in our living room and hall. She proceeded to say very unprofessional things like we can't make it that day we don't have any trucks available? I said we have rearranged our schedules and that is the day that was approved by your office. We had 0rez out on 5/30 and had a problem then also but when the guy left we couldn't tell as the carpet was so wet but when it dried there were brown dirt streaks so I called on Monday 6/2 and we agreed on 6/10. I think we are being very accomodating since our carpet looks terrible and are waiting 11 days to get fixed. She is very rude and VERY unprofessional. I left a message to have the owner call me since she said she was the only manager. I feel the owner would appreciate knowing how his business is bring run!!! I have worked in customer service for over 30 years and would NEVER treat a customer the way she treated me!
