No soap, heat which I believes gives better and longer-lasting cleaning, extra services like furniture and rugs.
I recommend Zerorez frequently. Lisa Staight Laguna Beach recently used Zerorez on my recommendations. I have been a customer since 2007.

I use Zerorez twice a year. My carpets are almost 10 years old now, but they always look new after being cleaned by Zerorez. I really love that the product is residue free. The carpets stay cleaner longer. I just had my first pet stain treatment, so I'm hoping for positive results with that as well.

Zerorez does what they say they'll do! They clean carpet and upholstery with only water and it stays clean for much longer! Almost always they arrive when they say they will - and in the few instances where that isn't possible they cheerfully reschedule at the customers convenience. Their technicians are friendly and knowledgeable and they work efficiently. When they leave the area where they have cleaned is restored to the original furniture configuration. Price is good, too!

Your techs that come out to the house are very good at what they do. They are professional, dedicated and easy to communicate with.
I especially want to inform you that the young man that came out to my home did a great job.
The carpeting was not soaked with water. The hallway dried in less than 4 hours, yet is was pristine clean.

We will again use your service just before Thanksgiving and I would very much like to have the same person come out. He was great.

I love everything about Zerorez and would recommend them to anyone and everyone. It's easy to make an appointment...no long waiting time, technician is prompt, and carpet and stairs look and feel like new. We had a spot where our dog likes to sleep that got a pretty grungy. The tech said no problem and the spot is completely gone. Call them...you won't be disappointed!
