I liked how PROMPT the young man was who came to clean my carpets. So often you're given a time frame...and you wind up hanging around for hours longer. Great cleaning too

What do you like about our products and services?

They are natural, and my carpet looks so good and clean afterwards. Although I am not
sure if the dog urine smell is completely gone this time. I will be letting you know on
that one. The service technician was outstanding. Prompt, courteous and very accomodating.

The work done was perfect in every respect. My old dirty carpet is now immaculate and all this with absolutely no chemical residue. Your service is great and I will be using it from now on. The technician (Dennis Smith) was professional, efficient and what a wonderful job he did.

The fact that I was unhappy with my initial service and they came back says a LOT about the integrity of the company.
I will DEFINITELY be using them again and again as well as recommending them!

I teach school and I will have to wait until the students get back to see how well the rug will hold up. I have yet to get a receipt for our payment. The person sent out was very helpful.
