I've been using Zerorez for quite some time. And whenever you folks have a good deal and it's usually in the Spring, I listen to Bill Handel, that's when I call. You folks do a great job and your workers are very nice and professional. Mike was great!! Thank you for excellent service.

This was only the second time our area rugs had been cleaned in over 20 years, and when Robert got done they looked brand new. We could not have been more pleased.
I liked the work that was done, the courtesy of eveyone I spoke with and the fact that our carpets now look almost as good as they did 7 years ago when our house was brand new :)

The technician that first came to our house was awesome - friendly, on time and explained what he was doing. There was a slight issue with the floor cleaning. The office did a great job at sending someone else out and when he couldn't solve it a supervisor came. They then sent Robert out, on my schedule/time frame. He solved the problem without a complaint. (He had to reclean it and it took a while.) The floors look awesome!
