the guy who came out was ON TIME! and didn't waste any time once he got here. he was thorough as well, so the whole and offered the protection add-on but didn't "sell" it.

The alkaline water gets my carpets unbelievably clean. Your company also has a number different products that "really work" on the various problems of a 15 year old carpet in a rental unit! Problems like pet urine, and ground in dirt. I've used your service many times in the past 3 years, I've recommended it to my relatives and friends. Your company is honest, and all of your employees have been very nice, and have done a very good job for us. Most of all we love Robert! He always goes the extra mile to fix the problems and leave the customer happy! He really cares about what he's doing. He's a great asset to your company!

I have been using Zerorez for years and your product(s) work wonders on everything from silk upholstery to carpets, etc. Robert performed tile/grout cleaning for me this week and it looks brand new - I couldn't be happier with the results!! Robert is a "ten" from professional company representation to his personal endeavor and hard work that each and every job is performed to client satisfaction.
