Topical pet odor treatment did nothing to help, in fact made the odor problem worse.

Rudy at Zerorez arrived exactly on time and was careful to explain in detail exactly what he was able to do. He was diligent in protecting our wood floors and wall surfaces as he maneuvered around the house for the carpet cleaning.
Pricing was very reasonable and there were no surprises.
I highly recommend Zerorez for carpet cleaning, and now that I know they also clean other surfaces (counters, area rugs and more), I will be reaching out again.

My carpet was clean! I got a quote over the phone and then they changed me a $50.00 additional charge.
At this point I had moved my furniture, they do not move things.
