Great communication from Maurice, our technician. He let us know what time he would be arriving as soon as he was able. He did an amazing job cleaning our hallway carpeting. He worked quickly and efficiently. I would recommend ZeroRez especially Maurice!

We had the tiles done yesterday. I am 90% satisfied. Because most of the house looks wonderful, the spots that were missed really stick out. I also can't recall if I requested the guest bathroom be done, because by contrast, it now looks awful.

Area rugs look and smell great!

I normally clean my own carpets, but I needed them to be properly refreshed and cleaned by Zerorez and their specialized patented water. Good arrival time and completed the task in a timely manner. Thanks Zerorez!

Marcel! Friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning. I don't love bringing strangers into my home but Marcel made it a relaxed experience. He cares about doing the job right and seems to love educating his customers, too. The price was fair ($149 for a dirty pet-stained bedroom and bathroom). I will call Zerorez next time.
