It’s always an easy service and the carpets are clean. Friendly staff and easy to schedule.
Thorough, efficient, and very friendly.
I just feel like, sometimes the carpets get super clean, other times, not so much. I think It depends on the persistence of the technician. Some of them will go over areas repeatedly, others only once unless I ask them to go back over an area.
On time, listens, cleans thoroughly, doesn’t over charge!

Very professional. He called prior to arrival and arrived on time. Very professional cleaned even where I asked under bed He was great helped me take down wooden desk and gave me carpet shields to put underneath. He left extra shields He was fast and cleaned my carpets so they look almost brand new.

The zerorez technician Jorge was very polite and professional. He did a very thorough job cleaning our tile floor and carpet, and he was very quick and efficient. He treated our hone as if it were his own taking extra precaution and care not to damage our walls snd wood floors. I will definitely us zerorez again and hope to have Jorge as the technician who cleans ours floors.
Services are well-priced. Cleaning techs are always punctual, friendly, efficient, and communicate well, and they take great care to keep my home clean and undamaged. My upholstery, rugs, and tile always come out perfectly clean. Extremely impressed!
