I don't know about your products, but your employee did a great job! He took his time and managed to get all stains out of my carpet and chairs.

Jeff came yesterday, and I was not as satisfied with his work. He did not let me know about a spot in the bedroom. I pointed it out to him, but he did not let me know he didn't get the spot out.
He did a good job, not a great job, as Eduardo has done in the past.
