We have several patches that look like urine stains that popped up ( we haven’t had a dog for ten years!). The stains are yellowish on our beige carpet. So disappointed to spend $149 and have a bad look.

My home is not a public restroom. It was like clock work first one guy asked to use the bathroom, then when they were almost done the second guy asked to use the bathroom. I felt like my home was being cased. I didn't like the feeling. With that I will not use you again.

Fast and clean without soapy residue

They did a good job getting rid of regular dirt stains, but they didn't get rid of the bloody stains. There are small blood stains on the carpet from when my son had a nosebleed. Those stains are probably a couple of months old, and I can still see them after the cleaning.

I have used Zerorez for many years and have never been disappointed. They always call 30 minutes prior to arrival to let you know they are on the way. Yesterday Brandon came and went the extra mile and trying to get the stains out of my carpet. He was pleasant and very professional. They didn't clean either the bedroom closet or the upstairs loft closet.

Job well done! Jeff (I think, sorry) methodically cleaned our carpets taking care to tackle any dirty spots while being careful not to ding baseboards and walls and suction excess water. We also got carper protector for our stairwell; let's hope it does the job and makes the carpet easier to keep clean until the next deep clean. Also, price was reasonable for my area in OC.
P.S. The cleaning was done with the usual steam clean process and not their proprietary Zr lifter.
