No mess, and no odour. I have limestone floors which are very hard to maintain and Zerorez does a far better job than companies that specialize in cleaning stone flooring. I highly recommend Zerorez

Your website did NOT make it clear that I’d be subject to an additional $50 fee for someone to bring a portable unit, since my home was a 4th floor apartment. I feel the pricing wasn’t transparent, and it caught me off guard to only find out about extra fees by a phone call later when I called in to reschedule my appointment timing. I’m disappointed in the quality of cleaning as well, and was more hopeful in the outcome as some higher traffic areas are still not very clean. I only lived here 15 months and the carpets, although not new, appeared clean when we moved in.
