The cleaning associate was incredibly polite and very careful around our furniture, etc. We liked that there wasn’t any smell after the cleaning and appreciated the fast drying time.

I was told when I spoke to your representative and made my appointment that you guaranteed your work. Is this correct? I’m generally pleased with the improvement in the condition of my carpet, but there are still a couple of areas, the ones of high traffic, that looked like they still need to have another treatment.
The young man who cleaned was personable, courteous, and engaging. They worked quickly, and the carpets looked great afterward.

I have very old carpeting throughout my house. I use their service at least 2 times a year to help maintain my carpets. I like that there is no residue, the carpets smell and look clean and they are dry in 24 hours.
Brandon was great. He called to give me heads up that they were running late and would arrive after the window of time I was given, but even though that was the case, he did a great job. Everything was cleaned beautifully and dried relatively quickly even though it was a hot humid day.
