Zerorez does an excellent job!

I was talked into accepting a higher quote due to some pet stains at $423 for 4 rooms plus hallway for the 3 room special for $149. And within two days they are already reappearing. This was not the case with my previous techs and I am requesting for the reappearing spots to be redone at no extra charge. I was present during the whole process and it appeared the extra look like just normal spraying of the areas, which seemed like what was already expected with out the additional charges. I’ve been using zerorez for over 20 years in different homes and this is the first time I was not satisfied. When I called I specifically said that because we had company coming the next day, I just needed two high traffic areas cleaned, and three roof leak stains in one bedroom and one sectional. I was not given a quote over the phone. When the technician arrived he told me he had the appointment down as three rooms and it would be 649 dollars . I HAD STATED OVER THE PHONE THAT WE DON'T WANT ENTIRE ROOMS CLEANED. HE MADE A PHONE CALL AND WAS ABLE TH BRING THE PRICE DOWN TO 549 DOLLARS WHICH I STILL THINK WAS TOO HIGH. ANYWAY, HE DID A VERY NICE JOB AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE RESULT.
