I have been using your service for 20+ years and am always happy with the technicians and the results. However, this time I was very disappointed in your new customer service call center. In the past when you have run a 3 room special, you have done my one room of carpet that is left in my house along with my stairs for the special price. This time I was told your policy has changed and you could no longer do that. Disappointed in this policy change.
Just always a good job done
My carpet was cleaned one week ago today. Today there are areas that look as though they need to be cleaned. My carpet is old but is of good quality. We (and others) wipe our/their feet upon entering.
I was very happy how well Brendon cleaned our carpet.

Professional and good results
Great price! Maurice, the technician, arrived on time, was very professional, listened attentively to my concerns since our carpets are 23 years old and was excellent at his job! The carpets look great, and I liked the fresh smell of the cleaning solution. Will definitely use Zerorez again next year. I will ask for Maurice again too.

I love that ZeroRez does not use any harsh chemicals, they are on time with a heads up of approximately when they will arrive, answers all questions with patience and are very knowledgeable about how best to clean problem areas. Our house practically sparkles after they clean our carpet and tile floors! And best of all, it stays clean longer than other carpet cleaners because there is no residue left behind. Our technician, Matt, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough that left us amazed and very satisfied!
