Think twice before using soap to clean. The stains will always reappear.
The receptionist or appointment scheduler should survey the customer before setting the appointment to ensure that the cleaning technician is aware of what to expect when he/she arrives to service. For example, if there is a condominium, the technician should be aware of whether it’s located upstairs and whether the condo has a loft that requires more stairs to be climbed. This matters in reference to the length of the hose. In addition, parking out front of a condominium building is not an option which leaves the question of where the technician will park in order to perform their duties.

The young man that cleaned my carpets was on time, friendly, professional and did a great job on the carpets.
The workers were kind, punctual and my carpets look amazing! They were kind to explain not to move anything in until they dried and explained how long they would take to completely dry.

He not only called me early that morning to let me know that he would be able to come earlier if that would be more convenient for me and it was absolutely perfect for me so I think I became his first stop, which was great he could not have been more helpful. I’m I’m handicapped and just moved into this new brand new apartment He helped me move some furniture push some things around because I just moved to this place and it’s it’s kind of a mess.
