There are a lot of add-on fees that seem either elevated or possibly unnecessary. I like your work, but these fees add up to almost double whatever special might have motivated me to call.
No smell...carpet is soft and dried very quickly. Service was prompt and professional.

We have always had good experiences with Zerorez but this time too much liquid was used and the area rug almost looks damaged. Also too much pressure was used on the wall to wall carpets leaving buckles in the carpets that was never there before. We tried to push those areas back down, and we are hoping that once it dries, it would be flat again. Will was very nice and professional but maybe not as experienced as the others we have had over the years.

The carpet under my bed and recumbent bike was not cleaned. I can tell the bike was not moved because the carpet underneath it and the bed was not wet. There was nothing put between the carpet and the bike to keep it from staining the carpet. The rest of the room, stairs and area rug were cleaned and look very good. But this omission was exceedingly disappointing

Carpets feel cleaner than with other services. We ask for Julio every time. He has taken care of both our places here in Irvine. We previously used Zerorez in San Diego and Seattle.

The employee ( Salvador) was very professional and experienced! He explained in thorough detail the process and the approximate time that bit would take to complete the job. He also ensured he would not disturb our employees in the process. The end result was the carpet was cleaned to our satisfaction in a timely and efficient manner. Sal and Zerorez are the best!
