This is my third time I’ve used Sal who works with Zerorex and each time has been a wonderful experience. It feels so good to have clean carpets. It looked like they’re brand new from day one. I'm very happy with the whole experience. Easy to book, I had to change the date and that was easy too. Salvador Alvarez was service technician, he was fantastic!! He was on time, communicative, clear about the pricing, polite and respectful, knowledgeable and hardworking- I have a huge house with a ton of carpet. He was able to get all of the stains out of my carpet including the ones other techs couldn't get out in the past. He worked really hard and had a smile while doing it. I wish all service providers were just like Salvador Alvarez. Thank you.

ZeroRez cleaned the carpet on our stairs. The cleaning included stain removal, remove dirt lines up against the walls, and added protection product. The crew did a phenomenal job throughout especially the heavily soiled ares. They saved us from having to replace the carpet!
