Zerorez left our tile and carpet looking like new. The surface of the tile looked beautiful again and the grout was back to its original color. The carpet came back to life! Best of all there was NO product residue on either the tile or carpet.
The service worker was excellent. He was friendly and efficient. He left everything so clean it was though he had never been there.

The tech called to tell us he was 10 minutes away, which I liked. Also he knew a lot about carpets and he gave us some good advice to keep them looking good. It was a very hot day, and the tech was working hard to do a good job. Too bad he didn't have a helper, but he hung in there and finished the job. The carpets look great.
