Excellent service and accurate time estimates. The carpets looked amazing!
I've only used Zero Rez since living in So CA (13 yrs) but now I am wondering if the person who schedules the jobs scams us from time-to-time afterall the techs do the job according to the work order, correct?.
I always put an order in for 3 rooms and carpet on the stairs to be cleaned but the person who cleaned my carpet the last time did not do a good job in spite of being asked to come back. I wondered why the stairs looked so BAD now so I requested only the stairs to be thoroughly cleaned this time(Oct. 28) and he asked me if I also wanted the 3 bedrooms to be cleaned. I said no, I want to see if you can clean the stairs properly first. Since the stairs were so BAD it cost me $224.00. The man who came to clean said the spots may come back and I may have to replace the carpet. I showed him the bedrooms which had less than normal wear and soil, evidently they were probably cleaned properly last time but the stairs were not.
I've lost some trust in the company at a time when doing the job right after 13 years so be a given.

The absolute best thing about Zerorez is “SAL”. He is the best technician you could ever imagine. He takes pride in his work and treats his customers very well, with respect and kindness. Zerorez has a good reputation and overall is a good company to do business with. They are not the cheapest, but they are the best. Be sure and ask for Sal.

I'm glad I had my carpets cleaned with ZeroRez. The carpet was wetter afterwards than I expected and there were areas that looked very stretched out when they left. Sal did let me know ahead of time that since the carpet was so old, that would probably happen. However, once it all dried, the buckling went away. There is one old stain that didn't come out and the fading in some areas can't be helped. But the carpets look WAY better and once they were dried, I couldn't smell anything. Even when the carpets were wet, the smell was not too strong. I would definitely use them again.

The two technicians that performed the job did a phenomenal job and I would use your service again. But I wish the person who put together my estimate was more clear when asking about stairs. She asked if there were any stairs and I said yes because the room I needed cleaned was upstairs. When I saw a charge for stairs, I assumed they charge for bringing equipment upstairs. But it turns out she was asking if I needed any staircases cleaned, which I didn’t. So two men were sent instead of one.
Jason was so friendly and helpful. He was prompt, completed the job thoroughly and very well, and checked with me for satisfaction before leaving.

Carpet feels a bit stiff. Was told by technician to vacuum shortly after it dries for better appearance. I have not done that yet and will hold off final decision until then.

I like the fact that they don’t use soap and leave a sticky residue. They pretreat the carpet with an OxiClean spray first and then they steam clean bringing out all the dirt.

When I call ahead and try and explain I have a big home and need 2 technicians and they agree, on the day of they say oh we don’t have anyone. I would prefer to have an honest communication.
