The worker that came to clean my carpets was very thorough and respectful of our home.
Debbie promptly answered my email when I asked for a quote. She was even able to squeeze me in with less than a week's notice and got me an appointment on a Saturday (I had emailed her the previous Sunday night).
Brett was my technician. He was very friendly and professional and he did a great job cleaning my carpet, especially since my town home is 3 stories high!

Gets clean without harsh chemicals
Cleaning brightened carpets and they dried relatively quickly. Nap on bedroom carpet clearly took on "new life".

We find your products and services great; excellent customer service, prompt and courteous staff, and the product itself can't be beat.
We did find the price to be quite high. We had a small tile ceramic shower cleaned - was not very dirty - and the price was $180 for that alone. We will happily continue to have our carpets - and possibly tile floor - services done by you in the future, but will make sure to receive an estimate before the work commences. Thank you!
