Zerorez was able to give me an appointment within two days, showed up on time and at the beginning of the promised time period. The technician, Keith, surveyed the areas to be cleaned and then got right to work. He worked quickly and knowledgeablely and was finished without a hitch. He provided some parting instructions and left me with a beautiful clean carpet. I was surprised at how clean the carpet was ! I didn't think the carpet would ever look that good again. I have been listening to the ads for years about drinking the water. It made sense to me to clean with something that doesn't leave residue that will just make it worse or make the same stains come back. First time I've ever had to have carpets cleaned and I was excited to finally be able to use Zerorez. Awesome results but it's only been one day ;)

Once done the floors are dry in 6 to 12 hrs. Sal did my floors. He was on time, very courteous and efficient. Most important is that the spots in the carpet are gone
Disappointed in the way the bath/shower area was cleaned. Not all the soap scum was removed. Would NOT use them again to clean the bath/shower.
It's chemical and odor free so it won't harm our pets. Your employee Juan did a great job and was on time and personable.

Courteous, was intent on doing a good job and getting out all those stains, even if it meant going over it after he had done.
My technician, Brett Spence, made a great impression with his customer service as far as his courtesy, punctuality, didn't put any pressure on me to try to sell other products and has a very warm and genuine smile. He took pride in the work that was done and I'm very pleased with the outcome. He is a definite asset to Zerorez !!

I didn't see much improvement in the tile cleaning. I won't do it again for sure, but I'll still use the carpet cleaning service.

The process works. I am trying the carpet sealer product to determine if it was worth the extra cost. Since I last used your services the cost has doubled.

The service rep was very knowledgeable and completed the service on time and with great results.
When the technician (Juan) came on Friday his machine did not work. He came back on Sunday morning at 8:00am on his day off. I really appreciated his loyalty to getting my carpets cleaned in a timely manner. Perhaps better maintained equipment would help both the technician and the client.
The end result was not what I expected. Looks no different then if I had cleaned with one of the many $5 products I have in my cabinet.
