I was very impressed with the Gal who arranged my
appointment. She answered all my questions.
She was very polite and professional.
Brett Spence, the technician called prior
to arriving at our house. Brett was very
polite, professional, sociable and he did
an excellent job cleaning our oriental
rug. He did a test on the rug before
vacuuming and cleaning our rug.
We definitely will recommend Zerorez
to our friends and family and use
your services in the future.

Technician did a great job cleaning our white floors and grout. The difference was AMAZING! Our young daughter thought the grout was supposed to be the ugly, dirty brown she was so used to seeing, and was surprised to see it come up white. I highly recommend Zerorez

What do you like about our products and services?

I liked the 2 men that came to do the cleaning. Very professional and on time. Even adjusted my invoice because my carpet area was so small. Cleaned my chairs so well I could hardly believe how well they turned out. They had to spend a long time on them also. I understand why they charge as much as they do for chairs. This is the second time I used Zerorez and will recommend them to others.

Darrell, the tech, was on time, professional, and worked efficiently and effectively. The carpet and floors are beautiful, and we have much peace knowing that our small grandchildren will not be exposed to residual chemicals in our now clean carpets.

I like how soft the carpet is afterwards (no film). The carpet stays cleaner and the few stains we had (soda) we completely gone.

The customer service provided by your technician Jose was the best. He did a great job on cleaning our carpet. He just needs to be more careful when cleaning around any wood items (trim/bed post,etc.) so that they are not scratched or damaged.

What could we do to improve?

Have the estimate given by phone at booking be somewhat clos to the final price. My final bill was more than twice the amount given when I scheduled the cleaning. The work was done well, but I probably would not have had the upholstery cleaned if I had known how expensive it was before the work was done. I was given the final amount after the work had been completed. It was more than I can really afford, but of course I paid because I received the service.

Not happy with the hard surface cleaning. Dirt still left in corners. I had to get on my hands and knees and clean all the corners of our floors. Some of the dirtiest tiles did not get thoroughly cleaned as they were close to the edge of carpet so they were overlooked. Also way too costly for what you get. Not a good value.

Because I have 2 dogs, I like that I can have my area carpets dunked fo more thorough cleaning, and that harmful chemicals are not used. Also like having Livingston's courteous service. Patti Chalmers

Robert from the Irvine Zerorez came over to our house to clean our carpet, travertine floors, and garage floor. Robert is so hard working, honest and really knowledgeable about his work. We were so impressed with his services and work ethic. We highly recommend Zerorez (especially Robert) to friends and family, and will definitely hire him back again!
