You have a nice list of information prior to service but one thing that I would recommend be included is how messy stone restoration is. It would have been helpful to prepare for that or have better clean up.
I KNOW I know that Zerorez has the best technology but Jose was like icing on the cake he was by far the best tech that's ever been to my house from Zerorez he was the most knowledgeable and did the best job of cleaning our carpets I will ask 4 Jose from now on our next job will be on hard surfaces and some chairs

The person who cleaned our carpets was extremely helpful, careful, and efficient. He did an excellent job and the carpets look wonderful! I love that you use high alkaline water and not soap.

the cleaning technology. dennis smith is the consummate professional; he simply does an OUTSTANDING JOB. when he was finished i looked at my carpets and just thought WOW! that was money well spent. I've used ZeroRez at my previous residence but can honestly say Dennis's service is exceptional.

Profession cleaning without a lot of chemicals.
What I like the most about Zerorez is that there is NO chemical smell or soap residue that remains after Zerorez cleans. We are left with a clean fresh smell to go along with the clean surface(s) of whatever was cleaned. We have lots and lots of dogs at work here in Buena Park, Orange County at Reliable Equipment Rental, along with the dirty boots from the guys who work out in the oilfields and it can get pretty dirty and smelly in the office, but Love Love Love it, when Zerorez shows up because all that is gone when Zerorez leaves.
