We have had nothing but great results from Zerorez!!! The cleaning program is perfect and keeps the oldest of carpets looking like new. Thank you and the tech that arrived, was on-time, very very courteous and a great all around guy that listened and provided the right touch to clean our dirty carpets. Your scheduling strategies do NOT take into consideration that when you actually SCHEDULE an appointment, it's extremely IMPORTANT TO actually KEEP the appointment!! Please put mature people on the phone for scheduling; your phone customer service will be the one thing that will prevent me from calling your company in 6 months for service. Dennis, your technician does a great job with a great attitude - but your schedulers and system of scheduling is completely ineffective for the customer.

Specialized stain removal
The service technician completely missed cleaning a small area rug from Colleen's office. So we have a rather soiled area rug sitting atop a newly cleaned carpet, and the contrast is rather apparent. This is unusual in that we've used Zerorez for a number of years, and have always had great service from them. In fact, we were early customers of Gabriel's when he was just starting his own business, and long before he joined with Zerorez, and have stayed with him because of the great service we've always received from him.
The rug was on our list of items to be cleaned, but I believe the technician simply forgot to do it. It was already late in the day when he finished his work, and he had a long drive ahead of him to Palmdale, on a Friday night, so I don't blame him for wanting to get on the road. Nevertheless, we would like the rug to be cleaned, and wonder when it might be possible to arrange for that?

I like that you can "drink" the solution.
I like the idea that no shampoo or other chemical residue is left behind in the fibers of the carpet. Hydrogenated Alkaline Water did in fact, clean the carpet and left the fibers of the rug like new. The citrus "pre treatment" had a light pleasing fragrance which dissipated very quickly.
The Technician was very polite, was on time and willing to explain the details of the service with me.
He was careful around the furniture, cleaned up and nothing was damaged. (others have broken things and left without ever mentioning it).
This was my first experience with Zerorez.
This was a project home which had been sadly neglected for many years. Initially, we had another company come in and do the first cleaning. I have no complaints about them, but, there were heavy soiled areas that had a "gummy like" feel to them, which later came back up.
My husband suggested Zerorez, and so we looked into it.
Thus far, we have been pleasantly surprised to experience the promise this company makes about the results the customer can expect.
Very soon I plan to have them over to clean some area rugs for me and couches.
