I have already referred Zerorez. The carpets are always so clean and last a lot longer between cleanings because the dirt etc doesn't stick. I also use your crystals to spot clean and again the carpet is extra clean. Now I'm using the after shampoo - will see how that works. And, your team is very congenial and efficient!

Your techs have been to my home twice (Brian and Eduardo) for carpet cleaning. They are very courteous, listen, and try to get the job completed efficiently and to my satisfaction. Your cleaning products and methods are different than what I have used before, but I believe they extract the soil better. The Green Guard helps to protect the carpeting much longer between cleanings. All of these factors are important to me--we now have a granddaughter, a toddler, and have her best interests at heart. (My feedback from others is that your services are a bit higher--I agree--so I appreciate the specials that are offered).

The Zerorez employee came and looked at our pet urine stains and advised me that they may return because of it soaking in to the carpet pad below. They were very honest and up front. My carpet is very old but came out looking 100% better. Thanks ZEROREZ (and the price was very resonable)
This was my third time using your services and I was extremely satisfied as usual. My tile looked better than when it was new. Your service tech. was efficient and friendly and did a wonderful job. It turned out better than I had expected. I have no reservations recommending your services. All the techs that have been here have been courteous, efficient and neat.
