First and foremost, I liked the outcome of the carpet cleaning. It looked brand new. The technician was very polite and careful to not damage any furniture. Since that turned out so well, I am going to call and ask for tile cleaning as well!

We did NOT receive an invoice. We were told we would get one through email once we paid, which has happened in the past, but not this time. We would appreciate receiving a receipt/invoice! Thank you.

Your technician, Michael, came out to service the carpeting in my mom's home. her carpet was a huge mess. Michael managed to get everything cleaned. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I would consider him to be a great asset to your company. we are so pleased with the results of the service, we will highly recommend it to our family and friends.

It took over a week to have appointment, but then a cancellation was available. And I so appreciate that! Pet problem…was afraid it wasn't going to come out.

Everything: making an appointment (and rescheduling) is easy; the work is done thoroughly; the price is affordable. In my case, Juan offered excellent service and represented your company with professionalism, caring, and the results I hoped for and expected. Please put this commendation in his personnel file for future reference. I hope he remains with your Company for a long, long time.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You delayed my job by 1 extra hour. It's bad enough that I had to wait between the hours of 1 and 3, and then, you called me to say that the tech. would not arrive until 4. He actually arrived at 4:20. It was not the tech's fault, it is the way you schedule the jobs. On a previous occasion when you were scheduled to work for me, the tech, once again, arrived late and was still working on the carpets after 7:30 in the evening, because he was not able to arrive at the scheduled appointment time. This is a serious problem, and I'm not sure I trust you any longer to keep to your scheduled time. I don't like having to give you a 3 hour arrival window, and then you still arrive more than 1 hour late. (on more than one occasion)

Darnell was our service tech. The first thing that SHOCKED me was the fact he was 15 minutes early. That's right. Early!
Once he got set up, he did not stop. He is a very hard working young man. You are fortunate to have such an individual working for you.
Efficient, friendly, and very personable. Hard to find all of those attributes in an individual nowadays.
