First of all, the products don't smell strong! Second you choose polite and capable employees that seem to take the job as seriously as if it were their own business. Third, price is not too high for our budget. Fourth and most important, the job when finished lookes great.

Keith once again did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. We are always amazed how clean the carpets are after the cleaning. It feels so good. We have been using Zerorez since 2013 and will continue to do
so. After using steam and shampoo cleaning processes, Zerorez is best.
And the customer service is outstanding. The guys are so nice and helpful. Keith is great. We appreciate him very much.

My carpets are amazingly clean after Zerorez works their magic and there are no nasty chemicals.
My carpet is clean and doesn't have the 'stiff' after cleaning feel. My Service Master was very kind and helpful in explaining how I can best keep my carpets cleaner longer.
