My house looks great and the Zerorez technician was knowledgable, courteous and respectful.

The stains showed right back up as it dried . Disappointed :-(

dirt was missed on our sofa. also-a chair had to be redone because technician didn't follow nap of fabric and patterns resulted. you had to return as a follow up in order to rectify the situation.

I loved everything! The guy was great (forgot his name?) Clean, professional, quick, and nice! I have used other companies and the carpet is "crunchy" after the service. I will use your company again to clean my wood floors and anything else that needs cleaning.

I have always been happy with the service but my last cleaning at 6 Marquesa did not take out the pet stain in the carpet. That was the objective of the cleaning. I brought in another carpet cleaner and he was able to work on the stain and improve it but next time I will use him first since he seems to know better how to treat these types of stains

Brett did an amazing job- the carpets hadn't been done in quite some time and he really went the xtra mile(s).

Floor is as clean as new. Service person was excellent. Very courteous and on time.

Just average, nothing special. Technician was nice and efficient. However, he did not go above and beyond. My stairs were very dirty and he gave it only one pass. Under The circumstances a second pass was in order. I had to point out obvious spots. The carpet looks clean but there were areas I felt need two or three passes to pull out compacted dirt. I am always annoyed when technicians use cell phones and he called twice to let people know what time he would be there. It was business and I am sure that is your protocol, but I felt he was rushed and under the gun. Again the carpets look clean but I fear most of the dirt is still embedded deep in the carpet. My next door neighbors had a technician who they said took the time to do it right. I wish I had asked for him.
