I like that you don't use too many chemicals.
Love how quick the carpet dried. All of the solution used was completely cleaned out of the carpet, zero rezidue left over. The guy that performed the service, Juan, was professional and courteous. Shared some good tips to help keep the carpet clean.

I was mis-informed by your front/receptionist female (young lady) on the phone, who gave me wrong information by 80%. Her communication was wrong for the most part. On the day of arrival I and my staff were highly stressed and frustrated due to this wrong information. While I did like the quality of your cleaning with PH water and that was the only reason I hired you. I was highly disappointed and discouraged about your front office staff communication and follow through. Please pay attention to this.
i am very disappointed as I wanted blood spots removed from my bedroom carpet and they are still there. This was the only reason I hired your company as my living room and hall way carpet have been replaced the past year so needed minimal cleaning. What can I do about my bedroom carpet - which is more than 20 years old. Can you suggest anything I can do to fade the blood spots which were the result of an accident.

Carpets did not get clean. Grout showed discoloration. Tiles were not cleaned evenly.

I am very upset and disappointed that the person at Zerorez handling my request through Angie's list did not follow my directions to set up everything and confirm through my home phone and through my mother at my home phone number. I strictly stated I do not want calls or confirmations to be directed to my cell phone because I am at work during your business hours and I am unable to handle these types of communications. I give Zerorez a big 0 for not obeying my instructions in my Angie's list purchase.
