Very good cleaning result, safe and green, easy to schedule, on time, relatively short time to complete the job, seems shorter completion time than other companies yet excellent result.

Clean and clean
We have white carpet and Zerorez leaves it cleaner and softer than any other process. It also, stays clean longer than any other process we've used.
You're on time, your technicians do a thorough job (even when we as customers *might* not notice if you didn't), and you are careful with our homes!

Customer service is accurate and efficient. The technicians arrive as promised (in this case earlier) and do an excellent job. I have never been disapapointed by a Zerorez treatment of my carpets. All the employees that I have had dealings with are pleasant and very efficient. Communication is excellent.
My Tech called early and showed up early and did a great job. He was personable and took the time to go around the house while I told him what types of stains I had in each room. He was quick and efficient in getting the rooms done and the stains out. I am pleased and plan to have them come back to do other parts of the house once my nephew moves out.
I didn't receive a receipt that was supposed to show up online.
The representative was great and so was the cleaning of the couch. The only issue was the pet treatment used... It's advertised as some type of break-through product for pet stains and urine odor but it didn't work. It was a new stain from a cat only a day earlier but it didn't remove stain or odor.
Friendly staff, on time, do good work and staff seems knowledgeable.
The carpets were very wet. We turned on the heater and they were still wet the next morning. Also, he didn't get all the way I. The cracks against the baseboards. He came by himself so it may have been hard to move the sofas alone.

He took time to show me how to get the carpet drier, quicker and it worked.
