The technician that was here did an outstanding job. The carpets look so much better than I expected they would. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name, or I would ask for him again the next time I have them cleaned.
The courtesy and promptness of the staff. I received a call before the appointment stating that they were on their way. The price was quite high though - I am hoping the carpeting will stay clean for a while. The fact that there isn't a lot of chemicals in the solution is also encouraging. I did have the staff member leave a card for potential future work.

The special for the holidays did not apply to tiles and the sealing was not included. It was not a special after all. Just a teaser
