Brett is very knowledgeable and professional. He did a very thorough carpet cleaning and I have requested that he come back to clean and seal the grout on my tile floors. My carpet hasn't looked this good in years despite regular cleanings. I wish I had known about Zerorez before. I highly recommend Brett and Zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

Courtesy, efficiency and GREAT RESULTS!!!! Carpet looks like new. Only carpet company that has done a fabulous job. I'm recommending Zerorez to everyone I talk to when the subject of carpet cleaning comes up. Two different guests spilled coffee with egg nog right after we had the carpet cleaned. I called and Zerorez technician came in two days and completely removed the stains, so I couldn't even tell where the accidents happened. It was less than the quoted minimum house call, so I was grateful.

Our technician was Rolando and he was very thorough and helpful . He did a great job removing a very dark stain in our living room. He showed up on time and made good suggestions . We will definitely use Zerorez again and request Rolando.

I left a voice message regarding my carpet cleaning that was done a 2140 Evans st in Fullerton. One area of the 3 areas need to be addressed. I have used zero Rez and I have been pleased w/ services.

The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. It was easy to make an appointment and the follow-up was almost immediate. The technician arrived at my house when scheduled and he called me about 20 minutes before he arrived. Excellent service and carpet looks new.
