Impressed with the professionalism of Daniel, the technician who serviced us. Carpet dried
in the time frame quoted and we are very pleased with the results.

Scheduled appointment on May 20. Window time is from 2-4pm. Your technician showed up after 5pm. Rushed cleaning in Apt 108 & Apt 401's master bedroom carpet was not cleaned. Customer service said it was not in the original work order. Not happy with service.

Lower minimum amount for single room. We have one small living area that costs 180 dollars and we were told you can do three rooms for that price but we only have the one room to do so it seems unfair to charge the same price.
