From your online system for appointments to the follow-up call before the appointment, to the work itself, all of it has gone smoothly for us multiple times. Best part was your technician Robert. What a great employee you have! He was thoughtful, engaged, helpful, and informative. All with a fantastic attitude! We will continue to use Zerorez in the future.

Robert was pleasant, arrived on time, apologized for not having all the right tools and materials, and scheduled another appointment to complete work on the marble (fill holes, polish and seal if recommended) and seal the cleaned tile. Afterwards we cleaned the tile of remaining dirt with a washcloth. The next day we vacuumed the rugs but they remained uneven in dark and light areas. The furniture dried with triangular light and dark stripes that remain, and some of the chair and ottoman soiled areas showed little improvement. The granite that looked the best, feels and looks good.
We chose to remove many items in various rooms in preparation for the job. The effort and overall cost, along with risk of further disappointment is just not worth it.
You took a carpet that needed to be tossed and made it new again. My sofa bed was so much lighter and brighter. The guys that come to do the cleaning are always very nice and professional. I have recommended someone today and given them your card.

Everything about this carpet cleaning experience was great. I made me original appointment online (my preference). The date I selected ended up not working out and I needed to call to rescheduled. I got through promptly and the agent was polite and offered me several different dates. Communication was exactly as promised - the technician called about 30 minutes in advance to say he was on his way. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and had a nice sense of humor. He did a great job and didn't try to sell me a bunch of expensive extras (I did warn him I that hate that).

My technician was courteous and professional. The special I purchased was for four rooms, but he was able to add on a fifth room, no problem! My 2 year old son was napping when he arrived, so he made sure that the room he was napping in would be the last room he did, and even checked with me before he started. Luckily when he was ready for it, my son had just woken up! I appreciate the little details- the plastic corner protectors, absormant mats at the entries to every room that got cleaned, the foam blocks that lifted up lightweight but bulky furniture off of the carpet, and the plastic booties in case we needed to enter the cleaned rooms while they were still drying. I was impressed by how quickly he was finished. Even the smell was pleasant- just a nice, clean smell. My teenage daughter even commented on how good it smelled. Everything exceeded my expectations. I will definitely use Zerorez again, and recommend to family & friends.
We are very satisfied with zerorez service. We had a scheduling issue but zerorez work things out and accomadated us for the error.

I would revommend you to everyone. I am so happy with my clean tile. We rented this house in June of 2014 and the landlord had not cleaned the floors. I am amazed at how the green tile looks green and the grout is grey not black.
