The polite and informed technician gave a call prior to arrival, provided information about the best way to deal with pet stains, explained the service and the time it would take. Results are what we are looking for and we have been very happy with how our carpets and tile look when Zerorez has been out. Our carpets are in need of replacement, but we are stretching them for one more year and after Zerorez was out yesterday, we may have a couple of more years left in them. Our day's schedule was critical, in that we arranged trash pickup providers to come later in the morning, we hired someone to take the major furniture we were removing to the curb, we timed the Zerorez to clean the BAMBOO HARDWOOD FLOOR before the new furniture would be moved in. Zerorez was very late and the man who arrived was told we had a STONE FLOOR that needed cleaning. Quite honestly, he seemed to have no idea of what he was doing.
The previous time we had Zerorez we were very pleased. This time, obviously, not so much.
