We have SUPER OLD WHITE carpet (17+ years) in our yet to be remodeled living and dining room/family room, and with 2 cats, 2 boys and a husband that never remember to take their shoes off (not including the cats...but they make their own messes) and construction going on in other arts of our house, it gets looking pretty ratty, and each time we have had your techs in for the last 3 years, we tell them it will be the last time as we will be tearing it out, but they have it looking so good when they leave, it seems we can go another year...or three (hopefully not much more...). The techs are courteous, friendly and professional and do a great job. I always recommend Zerorez to all my friends!
I just sent in my report, which I don't think you got because something weird happened when I tried to send it. Anyway, it was favorable. However, I asked you to email me an itemized invoice, and I want to cancel that. I did get my invoice, which I just printed out. Thank you.

I like the use of alkaline water for cleaning so there are no soap or chemical residues. Our carpets and upholstery looked great after our cleaning. Brian did a nice job.
Very Efficient and good job. Showed up on time and did a great job. Everything was back in its place and the house smelled good.

As always I was very satisfied with the carpet cleaning the other day. Every year at this time I have you guys come and clean my 17 year old carpet. It came out great again. I even got the refer a friend discount which was great. I always say pay it forward.

Ease of scheduling. Daniel made a great impression upon arrival. He was neat, introduced himself, and smiled. He called in advance of arriving, examined areas to be cleaned to ensure a complete job, explained treatment methods, and estimated time to completion. He answered all my questions and possessed a wealth of information about carpet care and cleaning. I didn't look forward to an inconvenience of leaving the house for a day while the carpet dried, but that wasn't the case. There were areas I could stay in, and booties you provided allowed me walk on carpet as needed. Carpet looks as new as the day they were installed. Thank you.

The technician that came was very friendly, explained the process and did his thing. The carpet was left clean with the exception of a couple of spots on the stair landing (not a deal breaker). The carpet smells and looks CLEAN and it dried in 5 hours. Amazing!! To say the least I am very happy and will be using you again.
Great job! Pet stains and dirt from heavy traffic areas in my carpeting gone! Ceramic tile kitchen floor came out beautifully. We tried everything to clean that floor, but only Zerorez made it happen. Both the carpeting and floor look like new. Zerorez also cleaned three pieces of furniture for us. They too came out looking great. I will definitely continue to use this company in the future.
Zeroez always does an excellent job cleaning my carpets. I have a 15 year old carpet that looks like brand new after they are done and they stay looking good much longer than any of the other services I've tried.
