How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Way more expensive than I heard on XM radio. I was invoice $214. For 240 sq feet. He was done in an hour. Frankly, I feel taken advantage of.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had a twill sofa from Pottery Barn that was cleaned on 12/30/16. It was the first time the sofa was cleaned. The fabric was completely stretched out during the cleaning process and it never returned to a "taut" state. I do not know what happened but the Zerorez employee said he had never seen that before. I do not know if the Zerorez employee used too much water, too much pressure when cleaning the fabric, or if it was due to some other part of the cleaning process. I will be calling a manager on Monday 1/9/17 to discuss. I would like a refund of the costs for the sofa cleaning.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

We have a stain that is a splatter in my son's room that was not there before. It appears to be oil that was sprayed on our carpet. My husband called to inform the technician's supervisor and he is due out on Monday to inspect our carpet. I have had only zerorez clean my carpets for the last 12 years and this has never happened before.

I have used Zerorez for many years after listening to Bill Handle talk about you on KFI.You have cleaned my
wood floors, carpets and my couch.I would not think about using any other company to clean my floors. Your service people are very knowledgeable and friendly. Thanks for the great service!

Brett is very knowledgeable and professional. He did a very thorough carpet cleaning and I have requested that he come back to clean and seal the grout on my tile floors. My carpet hasn't looked this good in years despite regular cleanings. I wish I had known about Zerorez before. I highly recommend Brett and Zerorez.

What do you like about our products and services?

Courtesy, efficiency and GREAT RESULTS!!!! Carpet looks like new. Only carpet company that has done a fabulous job. I'm recommending Zerorez to everyone I talk to when the subject of carpet cleaning comes up. Two different guests spilled coffee with egg nog right after we had the carpet cleaned. I called and Zerorez technician came in two days and completely removed the stains, so I couldn't even tell where the accidents happened. It was less than the quoted minimum house call, so I was grateful.

Thank you, Eduardo, for coming back to check on one area that I saw faint spots. It ended up being the carpet is just at atIned, but you tried to clean it anyway. Thank you, zerorez, for your prompt attention to my request. Will definitely use your company again!
