Hello, Zerorez standards are straight forward. There support and recommendation for a thoroughly clean carpet are outlined so as to get the best in carpet cleaning. Our technician, George did a fantastic job. There were several black/grease like looking stain that were on the carpet for almost a year. George labored with the stubborn stain and he won the battle-totally gone-My husband and I are very, very pleased and will certainly recommend the company. A great service.

Very clean carpets after and very professional

I actually do not have carpeting in my own home. I have used Zerorez a few times for the properties that I manage. The technicians are always very nice, professional and hardworking. On Saturday, Jonathan came out and worked very hard to clean the soiled carpets at my rental property. There were a couple of stains that were set in and did not come out. I am glad that Jonathan explained to me that the carpet can be bleached and dyed so that the problem can be resolved. I will do that at some point.

I like that the products Zerorez use are not harmful to you or animals. Also, when they leave, your carpets are not soaking wet as they are with some carpet companies.

How clean they get my rugs with no chemicals

I love the results and the staff are Excellent.

I sent a couple of photos a little after 8:00 AM this morning showing areas that I didn't feel were properly cleaned - I sent email reply to "Email address removed" - person who sent copy of my invoice. I said the following: Truthfully, some areas came out pretty good (taking into consideration that the carpet is old and some stains just won't release) but I was honestly disappointed in he office area. Am attaching a photo but it hardly looks like it was cleaned (and this is less than 24 hours after) - the "cleaner" area is where I had a chair mat. The visible line is actually dirtier carpet vs the area the mat had been.

I have never indicated dissatisfaction before with a service but I feel like I paid a "premium" price but didn't get the result. I am not complaining about Jonathan (tech). He was nice and professional. But I am not thrilled with result.
