We bought a house with white carpet. After moving in, doing some remodeling it was dirty. In addition we have two german shepherds who shed. Our white carpet did not look white anymore. After Sal came and cleaned the carpet it looked like new again. Couldn't be happier with the service and the results.
The team that showed up were professional all the way. They had a failure of one of the hoses and had a replacement brought out and they were good to go to complete the job on time.
Our 17 year old carpets look like new! We have a German Sheperd who only has accidents on the carpet. Our stairs are high traffic areas and looked dirty. All of the stains and dirt were removed. Previously we had another company come to clean the carpets and the pet stains were not removed. The technician was courtious, friendly, and let us know when he would arrive. Best of all he didn't change the price from which I was quoted. I feel the price was right as well. I have already recommended to several people how impressed we are.

I've used ZeroRez for years, it is the only company I let touch my carpets. I can honestly say I've never had a complaint and if I did I trust them enough to know they would take care of it quickly. I really like that I get a 2 hour window of arrival and not a 4 or 6 hour which takes up my day. They have always notified me within 30 minutes of them getting there so I can make sure I have everything removed and they can get started quickly. My furniture has alway been protected from damage and they do a great job on clean-up. I recommend them highly.
