All of it. Robert did an excellent job!! Loved the process.
Our technician was Rolando and he was very thorough and helpful . He did a great job removing a very dark stain in our living room. He showed up on time and made good suggestions . We will definitely use Zerorez again and request Rolando.
I do not suffer any allergies with the Zerorez products. Technicians are efficient and friendly.

The technician was knowledgeable and efficient. It was easy to make an appointment and the follow-up was almost immediate. The technician arrived at my house when scheduled and he called me about 20 minutes before he arrived. Excellent service and carpet looks new.
It's a high quality product...he only cleaner I have ever used for my carpets and they still look fantastic after 13 years. The technicians are very professional and friendly.

There is no chemical-odor on the carpets. They are clean and Renoldo was very nice; not pushy at all. He was done in the amount of time that he quoted as well.
