Your guys love what they do and as a result they work their hearts out with a smile. This is the hallmark of a great company. The guy who did my home on Friday, Eric from the Skypark office in Irvine gave me pointers, some spot treater and the time of the World Series that eve. Super nice. My place looks wonderful. Keep up what you are doing and either I will see you in 6-10 months or sooner when I spill something again 😎.

I highly recommend using the Reaeda office. Cleaned my 9x12 area rug for &163. The last time I had it cleaned the Orange County office said they couldn’t clean it in my house and I had to pay more than $100more for them to clean it.

The carpets look good after cleaning despite the fact that they are old. Cleaning person came when he was supposed to, was polite, personable and a hard worker. The price was good too Thank you.

Is there a product that can be sprayed on the carpet to retard soiling from use?
I found it very expensive. The work was good. The person you sent to do the work was very friendly and professional. However, after doing the math, I paid $300 an hour for this service. My lawyer doesn't charge that much.

Great customer service. My technician, Sal, was so knowledgable and helpful and did a wonderful job of explaining every step of his process. Because of him my carpets look amazing and feel so good, almost like new.
I like that the quotes are given and that is the price that is charged unless you decide to go with something last minute that is extra.
Good Orange County franchise. Sal talked about what a great company it is to work for and how the people support one another. This is the type of company I like doing business with and will continue to use them for my carpet cleaning.

Clean up the stain from my dog very well
I would say two things that irked me. One I should have been given a call when the gentleman was done so that I could turn the alarm back on and Two the fact that the vehicle that was used for this service leaks oil and stains are now on my driveway.Other than that I have no idea how long it took since I don't get home till late in the evening.

Robert is my "go to" man to clean my carpets, furniture and tile. He's always punctual and does an amazing job. He goes above and beyond to make sure my home is clean. In particular I love that your water does not contain any chemicals or soap that could linger on my carpets and furniture.
Further, your spot remover is the best I have ever found. Recently a baby threw up chocolate on my carpet and it only took two tries to get the spots out. I like it so much I just ordered 2 more bottles. My recommendation "buy it". It's not only a great product but affordable.

Amazing product. I was ready to replace the carpet. NO NEED. Zeroes to the rescue. With 2 grand children the carpet is hit with juice and all kinds of spills. Zeroes takes care of it all. We also have the tile on the entryway done as well. Love the product and the Service Team.
