Zerorez cleaning makes even our 30+ year old carpets look great! We don’t use anyone else. The difference between Zerorez and soap or steam cleaning is like night and day.

We have pets and the carpet always looks amazing after there are cleaned. We have used zerorez for a few years now and I will not use any other carpet cleaning company now that I have had zerorez. I always recommend them to friends and my family.

You cancelled the first appointment we made in October because the time was inconvenient for you. You said something about the fire (Canyon 2) Then we made another appointment this month and you tried THREE times to reschedule it. You said you had a gap between appointments and wanted to know if you could come earlier. I repeat, you tried to get us to change three times. The technician did a good job when he arrived but your scheduling department is very inefficient. If we make an appointment and it is confirmed then you should not try to change it. We work; we have a baby and we can't just change times just because it suits your schedule better.

You haven't done any thing really wrong, but I don't have a lot of friends or family in the area that would be needing your services - it seems the "new way" is hardwood floors, not carpets.

I am a little disappointed in the telephone service when I called to try to find out when the rugs that I had sent out would be returned, even though they kept telling me they would get back to me after talking to the young man that did the work it took 4 phone calls to finally get a response, and the rugs were returned in just a few days after that. The technician told me that he had responded to the office to set a time with me to have the rugs returned, and finally they arrived and in good condition.

Scheduled me very quickly which I needed and the the work was done on time and beautifully.

I like the fact that you don't use chemicals. Your serviceman, Lee, was very efficient and customer friendly. I appreciate a company that is interested in customer satisfaction.

Zerorez always does the best job cleaning our carpets and area rugs. We love that they use their own water supply and that they remove all residue without the use of any chemicals.

I would recommend Zerorez to anyone. We have antique Persian carpets and natural wool carpets that cannot tolerate any products. We also have 2 cats and a dog who do their best to destroy whatever cleanliness we can muster. I have had 4 different Zerorez cleaners come to my house over the years. Each one has been extremely professional, intelligent and very efficient. I have hired no other company in any regard that has had such high caliber workers. They are also a pleasure to have in my home. My carpets are always left in the best condition possible.
