Very effective and of course no residue!

I was impressed with how quickly it was done and my carpet dried. I also appreciated the fact that when I called regarding a concern I had that I was reassured that if I still had a question once my carpet was completely dry you would send someone out to check out the problem. Once my carpet was dry there was no problem.

He cleaned a very dirty carpet, and there was no smell of chemicals afterwards. I have received many compliments from visitors to our home since the carpet was cleaned. I had my kitchen floor (tile) steam cleaned. The technician then had an associate seal the grout. The technician dripped grout sealer on various tiles across the kitchen. When I pointed this out to him, he told me it would be okay, it would dry. In actuality, the grout sealer has made spots on my floor and after a few weeks it still has not come up after several washings. I was happy with the steaming process. The drip marks have made me unhappy with the process as they detract from my clean floor.
I called the next business day and left a detailed message regarding the drip marks and have never received a call back.
I would be happy if the tile in question were resteamed to removed these drip marks.

By stating up front the total cost, be a little more clear on your commerical exactly how much is three area's.

The fact that no chemicals/soaps are used. That means no residue and my carpets will stay cleaner longer. Our technician ("Livingston") was courteous and efficient. This is the best cleaning my 21-year old carpets have ever gotten.

All of the spots came completely out of the carpet, even the really bad ones, and none of them reappeared. The carpet is soft and not crunchy with soap residue. The home touch up cleaning kit works phenomenally. THe technicians were excellent, efficient, neat and clean and extremely nice. We are very happy with zerorez and will use this service again. I have already recommended it to some friends. We are done with the old carpet cleaning method for good !

I was very happy with Zerorez carpet cleaning services. My carpet was only a year old, but with two little boys it was looking pretty shabby already! Luckily, none of the stains were permanent and even after two months our carpeting is still looking great after a visit from Zerorez. I was very pleased that everything was dry in a reasonable amount of time. We were also helped by a warm day combined with a fan, but I did not feel like the carpeting was "soaked." Marcel was fantastic. He was thorough and quick, and so pleasant. I also appreciated his advice about how to treat minor stains and how to keep our carpeting looking great until our next cleaning with Zerorez.
