Like how they clean the carpet and will get rid of old stains. We are renters and when we moved in the carpet looked clean but not more than a week went by and the stains reappeared. They have not come back since we have used zerorez.

We like Rick who we request everytime to clean our carpet. We tried another service that was cheaper and the carpet didn't come out as clean as Zeroez

Got the job done
The flooring looked good when the technician finished. But as I looked closer there were many corners that were not cleaned thoroughly. Also I asked for my entire flooring to be cleaned. My master toilet room, and all of my closets and pantry that had tile flooring were not cleaned. More detail to what was asked to be done would have been helpful.
The fact that they r green
Great job of cleaning our carpet. The technician was friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions. He did not give us the impression that he needed to hurry our job to get to another job.
Ricky was friendly, professional, and fast. My couch looks much better.

I had 1 couch and 1 chair to be cleaned--no carpets. Was told the minimum cost was around $150 to come out for a cleaning. My bill ended up being close to double that amount. I would have appreciated the technician calling me in advance of performing the work to let me know the anticipated cost. I have used Zerorez multiple times in the past and think Zerorez does excellent work, but I do not appreciate suprises like this & would be hesitent to recommend your company if this were to occur to a friend.
