The products did an excellent job of cleaning my couch restoring it to like new. This was by far the BEST technician that you have ever sent out. He was FAST and did a really excellent job while he was here. Very complete and thorough. Completely professional. The last two times the technician offered excuse after excuse as to why the product would not work!!! At one point, I almost walked outside my home to double-check to see if in fact I had really ordered ZEROREZ! If it were not for the product, I would have called someone else this time, but I am so very glad that I did not. I'm really sorry that I did not write down the tech's name as I would request him again! Seriously. The only thing is that I did not get a receipt for the work as he said I would be emailed my receipt and as of this date I still have not received the receipt. Also, the initial caller, Chris is very professional and I he made me very glad that I was using this company.
Larry did a fine job and explained the process of carpet cleaning. It's only 2 days later and it looks good.
the dirt and stains stay away longer than any other carpet cleaning service i have used and it dries very fast(less than a day)

The carpet is in a busy factory. It gets dirty. The tech is on time, fast in-and-out on the weekend. The results cannot be equaled by any other process that I know of. The clean look lasts a long time. All the people who work in the offices love the results and I get the complements.
I like that this is a non-toxic service. The carpets dried soft, not just clean. There was not the same thick, wet odor that I've experienced with traditional carpet cleaning products and services.
