Zerorez is fabulous. The price quoted on the phone was the price I paid. The carpets were beautiful and the technician was on time, polite, and methodical. I would highly recommend Zerorez, as they will be my only call for my carpet cleaning needs in the future.

YOUR CARPET CLEANING IS THE BEST OF THE BEST... NO SOAP RESIDUE, HARD-TO-CLEAN SPOTS WERE REMOVED, & CARPET DRIED QUICKLY. THE TECHNICIAN, ROB KEITH, WAS FABULOUS (I USED HIM PRIOR AND REQUESTED HIM AGAIN THIS TIME). I EVEN ORDERED YOUR ELECTROSTATIC FURNACE FILTER FROM HIM!

The carpets, floors and furniture have never looked better. Robert is a magician when it comes to removing spots and stains. (We have a puppy.)
All of the personnel and equipment are first class. Zerorez is the best in the business.

Carpet doesn't feel sticky after cleaning. Service guy was very professional. Only problem was that appointment was late. Service guy did call but was still inconvenient

Robert did a wonderful job, was very polite and courteous. I will schedule Robert again,soon, to clean my tile floor, after he showed me how clean he can get it.

The fact that you do not use soapy detergents that remain in the carpet which I used to do in my old carpeting. Two years ago I had new carpet installed and decided to have Zerorez clean it to maintain the warranty. WOW what a beautiful job. I decided then and there NOT to let anyone or service but Zerorez clean my carpets from then on. My neighbors have seen your truck and have approached me about your service which I have told them to try and they won't be disappointed. Hopefully in the next few months you should get two referral from my block. I really love your service, I am especially impressed with Robert Keith, your technician. He was very diligent and thorough and took extra concern to make my carpet look fantastic. I will also have him clean my furniture in a few months as well.

Concentrate more on the stains and dirty areas. Stains that usually come out after carpet is cleaned reappeared the next day.
