Service techs arrived on time and explained the cleaning procedure. They promised to remove the dirt in carpets and immediately went to work. We watched as they were performing a miracle. We were both amazed with the cleaning. We will certainly use ZeroRez again and refer them to our friends.

The crew did a very quick job knowing the master room needed the most attention but all in all they were in and out in my opinion way too quick.
For the money it seemed like the chemicals only masked the smell and got worse as it dried !!!!

It took your technician 16 minutes to do a very big room and a set of stairs. Doesn’t look any better 24 hours later. I call that going threw the motions. Won’t recommend or use again.

Pricing for long term customers definitely can be better. If Furtinture isn’t moved and left in place, the square footage consideration should be reduced from a max to a combination with another room.
In my opinion it looks the same no difference at all, It also appears that the carpets were over saturated and we had to vacuum them ourselves to help get all the water out
