Excellent job done on my tile floors and very professional technicians.
the insurance has expired therefore could not enter the building finally got it corrected LATE starting the job.
both of the upholstery items still have spots on them also spots on carpet the tires on the equipment had black on them I removed them from the marble floor employees removed them from the carpet still on the carpet at the service entrance, area rugs are okay

Was here a total of 10-15 minutes and didn’t get the dirt out of my stairs. Felt like he could have worked on it a bit longer

Besides the scheduling conflict that there was, there existed a lack of communication between the staff at the property performing the cleaning and myself with no updates unless requested by me.
This job took over 6 hours to complete. The job was started at about 1 and finished at about 7pm. Is this a normal time frame for you?

My second time using Zerorez was just as good as the first! I did the 3-room special (carpets $105) plus the "bio" for pet stains. The carpeting came out beautifully, the operator was professional, friendly and fast! A solid 10 from me!

Asking what kind of couch I have before quoting me a general basic quote and then going up from there. I have a sectional but was quoted the basic amount and then $$$ kept being added. Asking me to point out any special areas before cleaning begins and discussing those specific items at the end without me asking. This suggestion goes for the person calling to creating the appt, confirming the appt, and the person who comes in to do the job.
1st time using zerorez and I'm so happy with how my carpets turned out. Try to get Jayden as your tech, he was amazing and sure worked his butt off
