My carpet was recently cleaned by a Zerorez technician named Will. He called before his arrival, explained all options available, was very professional and did an amazing job cleaning carpet and one 30 year old chair that now looks brand new!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This company provides excellent service and hires kind experienced workers.
The technician was on time and super pleasant and knowledgeable with tips on how to keep our carpets and tile cleaner.

His work was efficient and quality. The floors look great and feel soft, no crunchies! We were provided booties to access our damp rugs during drying.
Dan was also sure to tell us the best drying technique.
