I appreciate that the technicians let us know when they are on their way, they arrive on time, and they provide excellent service. I like that the cleaning leaves carpets, upholstery, and tiles/ grout clean with no residue or shampoo odors. I highly recommend Zero Rez.

Not happy with how quickly your rep. did the cleaning job on our carpets. Your pretreatment didn't do much to really get the dirt out of our 4 year old carpets. Will I use you again? I don't know.
